We have three fabulous team leaders this term, who are all very supportive of me and of the other assistants in their team … Hashim heads up the South Street Arts Centre team of assistants with Rishona (Maserati), Achint (Lamborghini and Alfa Romeo) and Arnav (sharing Alfa Romeo and also working with Jaguar).  Hashim is my assistant in Morgan and Tesla.  Plus Suhani is listening to impromptus in Morgan and Tesla … so a fine team!  
At Sindlesham Court Neha works with me in Rolls Royce and Bugatti and has Chanuka to help with listening to impromptus … the other assistants at SC are Abhishek (Mini & Porsche), Ruthika (Ferrari) and Rowena (Aston Martin & Mercedes) … plus, we have the lovely Rooman doing her Duke of Edinburgh volunteering in Aston Martin this term.
And the third team leader is Achyuttam … he’s the Website Manager and he’s also the Examination Team Leader.  We try and train all our assistants to take on the examination day role … some of them are very experienced now, others are just starting.  There is a huge amount of organisation to do for exam weekend – and I’m always grateful for the help that the assistants give me.  Achyuttam organises them all on a Saturday morning, which is the toughest time as we have much to set up in each room to set the weekend off well.
We met on Tuesday in London Street Brasserie to identify the role they will each play as well as discussing the way forward for Out Loud this term … which then led us to Friday’s meeting of ALL the assistants!
