1891. The first official Crufts show took place in the Royal Agricultural Hall, Islington. Founded by Charles Cruft, a travelling dog biscuit salesman, Crufts will celebrate its 131st year in 2022, hosting around 20,000 dogs from all over the world. One of those dogs will be Eddie! On 1st August 2021, at a Championship in Etchingham, Eddie qualified for the prestigious show, after winning his second championship (the first being held in Bristol on 12th July). Fingers crossed … we may have a new English Champion Dog on our hands!
